This is one of my first pictures of Sheyda. That is her brother in the back ground.
They are about 2 years old and this image is from Bokan, Iran. If you look closely you will see that Sheyda's ears are shaved!

Sheyda in 2005.
Sheyda is owned by a consortium of either very brave or very foolish women. Time will tell whether the the resources committed to Sheyda will bear fruit. She has produced a litter sired by Sarban that shows great promise in the hunting fields. At rising two years of age, they are living up to their Kurdish potential.
Sheyda will be bred for one more litter, at this time we have not decided on a sire.
